بسم الله والله أكبر، هذا عقيقة (اسم البنت)، بنت (اسم الأب)، لحمها لِحَمْهَا، ودمُها لِدَمِهَا، وعظمُها لعظمُها، وشعرُها لشعرُها، اللهم اجعله فداءً عنَّا وعن أهل بيت محمدٍ صلى الله عليه وسلم.

English Translation

“In the Name of Allah, and Allah is the Greatest. This is the Aqiqah of (Name of the girl), daughter of (Name of the father). Her flesh for her flesh, her blood for her blood, her bones for her bones, her hair for her hair. O Allah, make it a ransom for us and for the household of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).”

Roman Translation

Allah ke naam se, or Allah sab se bada hai. ya (ladki ka naam), beti (bap ka naam) ka aqeeqah hay. is ka gosht is ke gosht ke badale, is ka khun is ke khun ke badale, is ki hadiyan is ki hadeon ke badale, is ke bal is ke balon ke badale. Aye Allah ise hamare liye or hazrat Muhammad SAW ka ghar walon ke liye fadiya bana.
