1. Dua for Sighting the Moon
Allahumma ahillahu ‘alayna bil-amni wal-iman, was-salamati wal-Islam, wat-tawfiqi lima tuhibbu wa tardha, Rabbuna wa Rabbuka Allah.
(O Allah, let the crescent moon appear above us with security and faith, with safety and Islam, and with success in what You love and are pleased with. Our Lord and your Lord is Allah.)
2. Niyyah for Fasting
Wa bisawmi ghadin nawaytu min shahri ramadan.
(I intend to keep the fast for tomorrow in the month of Ramadan.)
3. Dua for Breaking Fast (Iftar)
Allahumma inni laka sumtu wa bika aamantu wa ‘alayka tawakkaltu wa ‘ala rizq-ika-aftartu.
(O Allah! I fasted for You, and I believe in You, and I put my trust in You, and with Your sustenance, I break my fast.)
4. Dua for Lailatul Qadr
Allahumma innaka ‘afuwwun tuhibbul ‘afwa fa’fu ‘anni.
(O Allah, You are Most Forgiving, and You love forgiveness, so forgive me.)
5. Dua for the Last 10 Nights
Allahumma ajirni min an-naar.
(O Allah, save me from the Fire.)
6. Dua for Seeking Forgiveness
Astaghfirullaha rabbi min kulli dhambin wa atubu ilayh.
(I seek forgiveness from Allah, my Lord, for all my sins, and I turn to Him in repentance.)
7. Dua for Acceptance of Fasts
Rabbana taqabbal minna innaka Antas-Sami’ul-‘Aleem.
(Our Lord, accept [this] from us. Indeed, You are the Hearing, the Knowing.)
8. Dua for Guidance
Allahumma ihdini wasaddidni.
(O Allah, guide me and make me steadfast.)
9. Dua for Protection from Hellfire
Allahumma inni as’aluka al-jannata wa a’udhu bika min an-naar.
(O Allah, I ask You for Paradise and seek refuge in You from the Fire.)
10. Dua for the Deceased
Allahumma aghfir lahum warhamhum wa ‘afihim wa’fu ‘anhum.
(O Allah, forgive them, have mercy on them, grant them peace, and pardon them.)
11. Dua for the Sick
Allahumma rabban-naas, adh-hibil ba’sa, ishfi anta ash-shafi, la shifa’a illa shifa’uka, shifa’an la yughadiru saqama.
(O Allah, Lord of mankind, remove the trouble and heal, for You are the Healer. There is no healing except Yours, a healing that leaves no illness behind.)
12. Dua for Parents
Rabbir hamhuma kama rabbayani sagheera.
(My Lord, have mercy upon them as they brought me up when I was small.)
13. Dua for Increased Rizq (Sustenance)
Allahumma inni as’aluka rizqan tayyiban wa ‘ilman nafi’an wa ‘amalan mutaqabbalan.
(O Allah, I ask You for pure provision, beneficial knowledge, and accepted deeds.)
14. Dua for Ease in Difficulties
Allahumma la sahla illa ma ja’altahu sahlan, wa anta taj’alul hazna idha shi’ta sahlan.
(O Allah, there is no ease except what You make easy, and You make difficulty easy if You wish.)
15. Dua for Patience
Rabbana afrigh ‘alayna sabran wa tawaffana muslimeen.
(Our Lord, pour upon us patience and let us die as Muslims.)
16. Dua for Steadfastness in Worship
Allahumma thabbit qalbi ‘ala deenik.
(O Allah, keep my heart firm upon Your religion.)
17. Dua for a Righteous Life and Death
Allahumma ahyini ‘ala islam wa tawaffani ‘ala iman.
(O Allah, let me live as a Muslim and die with faith.)
18. Dua for a Pure Heart
Allahumma tahhir qalbi min an-nifaq.
(O Allah, purify my heart from hypocrisy.)
19. Dua for Protection from Evil
Allahumma inni a’udhu bika min sharri nafsi wa min sharri kulli dabbatin anta aakhidun binaasiyatiha.
(O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the evil of myself and the evil of every creature under Your control.)
20. Dua for Contentment
Allahumma qanni’ni bima razaqtani, wa barik li fihi.
(O Allah, make me content with what You have provided me and bless it for me.)
21. Dua for Protection from Debt
Allahumma inni a’udhu bika min al-hammi wal-hazan, wal-‘ajzi wal-kasal, wal-bukhli wal-jubni, wa dala’id-dayni wa ghalabatir-rijal.
(O Allah, I seek refuge in You from anxiety, grief, weakness, laziness, miserliness, cowardice, the burden of debt, and the oppression of men.)
22. Dua for Love and Unity
Allahumma allif bayna qulubina wa aslih dhata baynina.
(O Allah, unite our hearts and mend our relationships.)
23. Dua for a Blessed Home
Allahumma barik lana fi buyutina.
(O Allah, bless us in our homes.)
24. Dua for a Good End
Allahumma inni as’aluka husnal khatimah.
(O Allah, I ask You for a good ending.)
25. Dua for Acceptance of Worship
Allahumma taqabbal minni innaka anta as-sami’ul ‘aleem.
(O Allah, accept from me, for You are the All-Hearing, All-Knowing.)
