بَارَکَ اللّٰہُ لَکَ وَبَارَکَ عَلَیْکَ وَجَمَعَ بَیْنَکُمَا فِیْ خَیْرٍ ۔

Urdu Translation:

اللہ تعالیٰ آ پ دونوں (زوجین)پر برکتیں نازل فرمائیں اور دونوں کو حسن معاشرت عطافرمائیں۔

  • This dua is recited after the nikah ceremony as a supplication for the bride and groom.

Sunan Abu Dawood (No. 2130):

Narrated AbuHurayrah:

When the Prophet (ﷺ) congratulated a man on his marriage, he said: May Allah bless for you, and may He bless on you, and combine both of you in good (works).

Jami’ at-Tirmidhi (No. 1091)

Abu Hurairah narrated: 

When supplicating for the newlywed, the Prophet would say: (Barak Allahu laka wa baraka alaik, wa jama’a bainakuma fi khair.) May Allah bless you and send blessings upon you, and bring goodness between you.
