Istikhara Dua in Bangla Translation – বাংলা অনুবাদে ইস্তিখারা দুআ

اللَّهُمَّ إنِّي أسْتَخِيرُكَ بعِلْمِكَ، وأَسْتَقْدِرُكَ بقُدْرَتِكَ، وأَسْأَلُكَ مِن فَضْلِكَ العَظِيمِ؛ فإنَّكَ تَقْدِرُ ولَا أقْدِرُ، وتَعْلَمُ ولَا أعْلَمُ، وأَنْتَ عَلَّامُ الغُيُوبِ، اللَّهُمَّ إنْ كُنْتَ تَعْلَمُ أنَّ هذا الأمْرَ خَيْرٌ لي في دِينِي ومعاشِي وعَاقِبَةِ أمْرِي – أوْ قالَ: عَاجِلِ أمْرِي وآجِلِهِ – فَاقْدُرْهُ لي ويَسِّرْهُ لِي، ثُمَّ بَارِكْ لي فِيهِ، وإنْ كُنْتَ تَعْلَمُ أنَّ هذا الأمْرَ شَرٌّ لي في دِينِي ومعاشِي وعَاقِبَةِ أمْرِي – أوْ قالَ: في عَاجِلِ أمْرِي وآجِلِهِ – فَاصْرِفْهُ عَنِّي واصْرِفْنِي عنْه، واقْدُرْ لي الخَيْرَ حَيْثُ كَانَ، ثُمَّ أرْضِنِي قالَ: «وَيُسَمِّي حَاجَتَهُ

Bengali Translation

When to Recite:
- Istikhara dua is recited after performing two units (rakats) of non-obligatory prayer.

- It can be recited in a quiet place where you can focus on your prayer and dua, free from distractions.
How Much to Recite:
- The dua is recited once after completing the two rakats of prayer.
- There is no need to repeat the dua multiple times unless you feel uncertain or want to seek clarity again on a different occasion.

Purpose of Istikhara:
- Istikhara means seeking goodness or guidance from Allah. It is a Sunnah (prophetic practice) for making decisions when a person is unsure about the outcome.
- The dua asks Allah for clarity, ease, and blessings if the decision is beneficial and for it to be averted if harmful.
Clarity in Decision-Making:
